Poste

1. BRAND IMAGE – GUERLAIN THE MOST PREMIUM 3 AXIS BEAUTY BRAND:

  • Responsible for Guerlain brand image consistency across his/her region in all communication to retailers and their team
  • Be the guardian of Guerlain brand equity and ensure the brand image to be always at the highest standard in terms of customers relationships, suppliers…
  • Be the customer’s focal point of contact for orders, shipments, product delivery schedules and lead-time, stock availability, pricing and returns

 

2. ORDER PROCESS:

  • Handle and process purchase orders on monthly basis.
  • Process orders for your region with precision, completeness & promptness
  • Liaise with CS regional team on all orders matters
  • Screen each PO, ensure sell in target is met, monitor out-of-stock and advise customers on their purchase orders or shipments. Ensure smooth delivery of each PO to avoid loss of sales.
  • Communicate updates to retailers on logistic issues/novelty to order on a monthly basis & ensure full quantity are being ordered.
  • Deliver products on time for counter launches, keeping in mind planning and shipping schedules
  • Assist the Area Manager to attend to complaints, short-shipment, claims.
  • Prepare all credit note requisitions for shipment claims and returned goods.

 

3. STOCK MANAGEMENT AT RETAILERS:

  • Monitor Retailer’s Stock by ensuring regular follow-up on the coverage and identifying the level of risky stock, in order to anticipate overstock situation and reduce P&L impact.

 

4. MANAGE AND COMMUNICATE ASSORTMENT, FAST, ALLOCATIONS & PRICING:

  • Consolidate and update assortments / price lists per region and share to retailers
  • Prepare in advance all novelties and TR Sets forecasts for discussion with Area Manager
  • Review TR SET supply on monthly basis and propose allocation to supplier in collaboration with Area Manager
  • Update forecasts on TR sets and top basic sku on a monthly basis, by reflecting business trend on a long term horizon (12-18 months), to increase supply efficiency (stock/service level). Monthly under/overconsumption within ± 15% Forecast. Only on TR sets + Top basic skus
  • Assist the AM in the preparation of the split of FAST quantities by retailer and the regular follow up of actual sell in vs FAST.

 

5. BUDGET AND MONTHLY EXPENSES FOLLOW-UP:

  • Create supplier invoice excel file for POs to be created in SAP.
  • In charge of PO Management in collaboration with AM & RM
  • Monitor all supplier invoices to be approved by AM, liaise with Jurong for payment

 

6. REPORTS, SELL-OUT/ SELL-IN & DATA ANALYTIC:

  • Gather sell in/ sell out figures on a monthly basis for your region
  • Support Sell-out Datas digitalization using Power Bi for all retailers and develop data analyses skills using this tool.
  • Prepare sell in analysis to help Area Manager on monthly Outlook
  • Consolidate and build reports on sell in/ sell out/market performance to feedback AM.

 

7. ADMIN SUPPORT:

  • Arrange Business trips : Bookings, agenda, …
  • Support on special event organization
  • Arrange the shipments from the office (to the retailers, counters, or to overseas)
  • In charge of office supplies orders etc

Profil

  • More than 5 years relevant experience in customer service and supply chain management
  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • SAP Experience
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be a plus
