Job Summary:
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for managing the business and relationships with our retail partners’ stores within a specific regional area. Additionally, this position will also provide training and on-boarding support to Sephora employees and Too Faced team members. This is a field position that will be based in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct trainings with store personnel
- On-board new team members and ensure training
- Plan and attend in-store events
- Achieve retail sales goals by door and by regional area
- Provide reports on out of stocks or report other store issues
- Provide reports on retail productivity and performance by store
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring the ’24 hour response time’ rule is adhered to
- Communicate with Commercial Manager on a weekly basis
- Complete and submit expense reports on a monthly basis
- Stay within travel and business expense budget
Requirements:
- Sephora experience
- Cosmetics experience
- Advance German and English
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to travel within a designated territory
- Dedicated and detail oriented
- Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on
