We are currently seeking a Sales Associate for our boutique in Amsterdam.
As a member of the Dior Homme team, your main missions are:
- Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationships with every customer so that everyone receives a consistent and professional service throughout
- Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in retail fashion industry
- Continuously maintain high standards, driven to succeeds and motivated to achieve personal and team goals
- Have excellent team building and communication skills
- Have strong organizational skills and ability to administer stocks in line with company expectation
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards
Profil
You have at least 2 years' experience in retail, preferably with an experience in luxury.
Commercial mindset is key for you. You are digital savvy.
You are always committed to deliver excellence.
Service and entertainment are important for you to deal with each of your customers.
Your Dutch and English are fluent. A third language is a plus.
