For our boutique in Zurich, we are looking for an Operations Manager with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you support our boutique team from assisting in product delivery from deliveries to monitoring stocks to the sales team.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure maintenance and overall upkeep of the store
- Ensure store compliance to policies and processes and drive operational excellence
- Be project leader for all « back-office » tool evolution / roll-out & support the Digital Coordinator on retail special projects roll-out if needed
- Supervise all tasks and procedures relating to shipping / receiving, cycle counts, overall inventory management
- Review Care Services Reports and initiate action plan as needed
- Supervise till operations
- Monitor supplies needs (monthly analysis)
- Ensure overall staff training and new hire onboarding on processes & systems
- Manage deliveries & all inventory movements (cycle counts, consignments & loans, price changes, etc.)
- Realize the administrative follow up of Care Services and support salesteam on key procedures
- Manage supplies ordering (consumables, uniforms, etc.)
- Support salesteam on till procedures/manipulations when needed
- Have knowledge and show respect of key policies and processes
- Have knowledge and show exemplary use of all « back-office » tools
Profil
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and open mindset and good level of communication
- Very well organized as well as a structured ways of working
- Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
