The opportunity:
 

Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 9 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace). 

 

 

Executive, Regional Talent Acquisition (1-Year Contract)

 

Sephora SEA & Oceania is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Executive to join the Regional Talent Team, driving end-to-end recruitment for positions (up to Managerial level including both permanent headcounts & contractor roles) across the Regional Headquarter Team here in Singapore including (but not limited to) functions such as Merchandising, Franchise, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Strategies, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal. The TA Executive will also be supporting overseas recruitment, predominantly for project hiring in Indonesia, as well as other countries’ recruitment on an ad-hoc needs basis.

 

Besides driving end-to-end recruitment operations, the TA Executive will be involved in playing a key role or a support function in various TA & Talent projects & initiatives for the region such as Early Career Programs, Campus Recruitment Campaigns, Employer Branding Initiatives etc.

360 Talent Acquisition, end-to-end Recruitment Operations:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment support (for all HQ corporate functions roles up to managerial level, including both permanent headcounts & contract hiring) from job brief, advising hiring managers on talents in the market, sourcing, interviewing the candidates, driving subsequent rounds of interview arrangements with candidates & hiring managers, all the way to offer management & onboarding of new hires.
  • Responsible for ensuring overall candidate experience as well as effective support to hiring managers in the successful recruitment, including meeting vacancy fulfilment rate & time-to-fill requirements.
  • Responsible for keeping a qualified candidate pipeline & talent pool, maintaining recruitment data & statistics.
  • Drive volume recruitment for Shared Service Centre in Indonesia for Finance Function – including CVs shortlisting and eligibility screening, tracking of recruitment data & upkeep of talent pool.

Talent Acquisition Process:

  • Support the Senior Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition in implementation of effective recruitment processes & best practices across the region.
  • Provide sourcing support for talent pipelining projects across the region on an ad-hoc needs basis.

Early Career Program & Campus Recruitment:

  • End-to-end recruitment for the Internship Program which takes place twice a calendar year in Sephora
  • Play a critical role in driving young talent conversions – from interns to full-time hires for our graduating interns
  • Act as an Assistant Program Manager for our Internship Program (which is 2 cohort of interns per year)
  • Key role in driving campus recruitment and Sephora events in collaboration with universities & tertiary institutions
  • Provide support to event logistics and activations when it comes to on-site campaigns for Sephora Employer Brand in Early Career targeted audience.  

Employer Branding:

  • Support the execution of employer branding initiatives across the region – both corporate & retail.

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or any other field of relevance  
  • Passion for Beauty, Retail and Consumer Goods & Services Industry is always a bonus
