DFS - Visual Merchandiser/ Okinawa

DFS Okinawa K.K. is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to implement all in-store events/promotions with directional guidance from the manager & team leads.
Maintain display standards and guidelines in store.

This position will report to Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities
 Maintenance, housekeeping, storage and movement of in-store and window displays and signage
 Ensure strict compliance with vendor’s requirements
 Be aware of new trends in design and materials
 To implement visual displays of a high standard and on time with:
⁻ Windows
⁻ Brand boutiques
⁻ Campaign and promotional set ups
 To ensure correct usage of promotional collateral
 Stay abreast of new visual display techniques and standards
 Any other duties delegated by the manager

At least 2 years related experience in retail

Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design or Fine Art (a plus)

 Some knowledge of fashion & beauty is preferred
 Able to communicate effectively
 Able to work under pressure, prioritise work and be flexible
 Team player
 English is a plus

Ability/flexible to work irregular shifts for example over night and early hours, some weekends and public holidays
