Poste

Main Responsibilities:

. provide consistency in all the boutiques and insures Givenchy brand image is respected


· reinforce the quality and the consistency of VM in all Givenchy boutiques in PRC

. work daily with the Retail merchandising team in Shanghai to make sure the VM is in line with the deliveries calendar and the retroplanning of the new collections by store


· centralize all VM productions for PRC in coordination with Givenchy headquarters


· provide VM trainings and implementation assistance to boutiques staffs


· work with Givenchy headquarters on VM guidelines and new set ups with weekly reports by store


. Manage all visual displays for all special events (e.g. trunk shows, preview, events, etc.)


· liaise with Givenchy headquarters in Paris regards to layout, production & delivery arrangement

. be creative and proactive to face all the VM situations

 

 


Profil

Qualifications & Skills required:

Education

min Bachelor's degree in relevant major

Language

English and Chinese Mandarin proficiency

Professional experience & know how

A minimum of 8 years of related VM experience, previously experience in luxury industry is a plus

Technical & management skills

Strong in both 3D and 2D design, with knowledge of interior design

a strong leader who inspires the team

Personal & Interpersonal skills

Creative and self-motivated, with strong fashion sense and communication skills

Well-organized and results oriented mindset

Self-driven, passionate

Accept frequently travels (80%)
