Assistant Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager, Travel Retail Asia Pacific
> Build effective planogram to facilitate in-store navigation for customer journey.
> Work closely with the travel retail and regional team to ensure all VM materials are under global guideline.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
> Design and coordinate the execution of the launch POSM and planogram accordance the brand guidelines and marketing needs.
> Take charge of counter update, HPP design and new store opening set-up.
> Work with APAC VM team for the approval of fitting guide display and local developments, to ensure all TR needs are well communicated and met.
> To monitor and track all merchandising expenses for HQ and local developments.
> Communicate with contractor for the order of POSM, launch visuals and text label.
> To be responsible for the launch set-up for new launch animations in TR counters.
> Keep track of visual sizes, place order and distribute launch visuals to the stores on timely basis.
> Carry out POSM forecast to fulfil the new openings, renovations, and new launches.
> Monitor new launch setup and provide launch reports systematically.
> Observe competitors' merchandising executions and take record in launch reports.
> Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
> Higher Diploma or above on visual merchandising or related.
> Minimum 2-3 years of visual merchandising experience, POSM development in retail business. Experience in cosmetic industry, travel retail and production are a plus.
> Willing & able to travel occasionally.
> Motivated, organized and detail-oriented. Able to work independently.
> A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
> Creative, pro-active and with learning agility.
> Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Displayer; 3D software is a plus.
