3 OPPORTUNITIES IN TOKYO, HONG KONG AND NEW-YORK

STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 1st for 12 months

 

MISSION

You will monitor a process of Sales and Distribution planning, in close collaboration with central teams to strengthen CELINE supply-chain efficiency, in zone and as a whole. As part of the processes/ tools are new and others recent, you will work on optimizing them.

 

 

Sales Planning

In charge of monthly Forecast review in collaborative tool (Anaplan)

  • Forecast at SKU level for permanent references. Forecast accuracy target 70%
  • Forecast of seasonal products
  • Share information with local team and validate with central
  • Alert local and central team in case of overstock or out of stock projection
  • Cross check sales forecast and financial forecast

Sales planning for total season

  • Challenge sales plan growth proposed by product team
  • Validate carry forward stock estimation and permanent level to work on Open to buy

KPI to follow

  • Sales Forecast Accuracy
  • Sell-Through vs Sell-Through targets
  • Forecast Variation

 

Distribution Planning

 

Monitor adequate stock level in region throughout the season according to sales plan 

  • Manage Seasonal launches from set up proposal to store allocation
  • Monitor closely auto replenishment & DRP through parameter (forecasts, target stock,..) integration and adjustment according to product lifecycle. Rebalancing in case of shortages or lower remaining stock and size consolidation.

 

Manage Permanent Products Supply and distribution guaranteeing its availability in Retail

  • Review the forecast and finetune with central team the needed buffer stocks in region
  • Optimize the allocation strategies in case of partial shortage

 

Evolve as a partner for Merchandising by reviewing/ challenging their inputs and proposing them new strategies (replenishment need from central, offer review and stock allocation,)

  • Quota optimization (balance of quota level)
  • Leadtime to market

 

Meetings

  • Weekly Sales meeting with Merchandising team
  • Monthly forecast meeting with Business Planning
  • Monthly Supply Chain meeting (Supply, logistics, Business planning topics)

 

Main partners

  • In the region: Local Merchandising team, Retail team, logistics, IT
  • In central: Supply Chain team (Business planning, Distribution planer & logistics)

Profil

  • Sales planning and or Distribution experience in a fastmoving industry, preferently in Fashion
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Expertise on Excel, VBA, Powerpoint, Anaplan
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate, Self-motivated, proactive, good team player and strong leadership
