We are looking for a C&B Analyst to join the Regional Corporate Compensation & Benefits Team in the LVMH Group in Asia.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the annual compensation & benefit cycles, such as annual salary review process, providing the relevant market and internal data to support proposals and consolidating data at regional level
  • Coordinate compensation & benefit surveys including job matching and job mapping projects to ensure quality of data and consistency across Brands and the countries / regions
  • Conduct regular internal and market benchmarking to analyze, research and interpret compensation plans, assess their competitiveness and make recommendations on any necessary adjustments
  • Assist in C&B ad-hoc projects, including the analysis and review of existing practices and processes
  • Pro-actively participate in the upgrading of the current available tools in terms of C&B data analytics and visualization
  • Build and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with Brand HR teams in the Group and work closely with HR consulting companies and other C&B professionals and data providers
  • Provide on-going support to regional and local Brand C&B teams by sharing C&B internal and external reference and supporting the preparation of package proposals backed with internal and external data
  • Participate in the Group benefits review and renewal processes
  • Organize and participate in training sessions for the HR community on C&B topics and share best practices; support and facilitate the on-boarding of new C&B staff in the region
  • Maintain and constantly upgrade the internal C&B database and website
  • Monitor evolution and changes to local legislation and regulations in the region to  anticipate potential HR compliance risks



Key Requirements & Competencies:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Prior C&B, International Mobility or HR Analytics experience
  • Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude; self-starter who performs well under limited supervision
  • Very good communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills
  • Results and customer-oriented
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Cantonese and Mandarin a plus)
  • Exposure to retail / luxury industry is a plus
