The Marketing & Hospitality Coordinator will have two main missions:

  • Reporting to the Brand Manager based in Paris, supporting Bodega Numanthia brand marketing development at global level.
  • Reporting to the Estate Director, he/she will be responsible for the planning and implementation of all winery on-site PR events, wine communication actions and direct to consumer strategy.


1/ Marketing & Communication

 Marketing Programs

  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and programs
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and the Estate teams, plus agencies and key markets in the development of activation tools, gifting, POSM development, etc
  • Complete competitive studies, innovation watch and presentation of recommendations
  • Develop brand presentations, agency briefs and ensure adequate follow up of projects
  • Manage purchase orders and tracking of marketing budget
  • Actively participate in the RMM process, from presentation to showroom preparation

 Brand Communications

  • Develop and update brand content and communications across internal & external touch points
  • Assist in development of digital brand communication tools (website updates and social media content)
  • Manage brand assets and media library (photo and video) on transversal platforms


2/ On-site events & Visitor Center


  • Organize consumer and PR on-site events at the winery highlighting key messages & brand image
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site events

             - Development & production of related materials
             - Decoration as per theme events
             - Catering, equipment hire, transport, booking of activities
             - Communication of itinerary & agreed participants with winemakers & other staffs
             - Generating briefing documents for winery staff


Visitor Center 

  • Improve the visitors center & direct consumer services
  • Develop Direct sales at the winery
  • Execute unique visitor experiences, in line with the Bodega Numanthia Hospitality directives
  • Respond to and co-ordinate visit requests from MH markets.


Education :

Tertiary qualifications in a marketing/communication field / Post Graduate management of business degree

Languages :

Spanish & English mandatory, French is a plus

Professional experience & know how :

1st experience in event management and production  

Understanding of the wine industry ideally

Technical & management skills :

Marketing & Communication skills including excellent verbal & written skills

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

Knowledge of winemaking/viticulture is an advantage

1st experience & skills in large Event & Project Management  - operationally focused

Computer Literate in all Microsoft packages, Photoshop is a plus
