The VIE Junior Manager Digital & CRM task is to support the implementation & coordination of all topics related to digital touchpoints of the brand and further enhancement and merger of CRM activities at counters & in E-Hub. The VIE will report to the Senior Manager Digital & CRM.




  • Support of implementation of global Digital & CRM guidelines on Dior's Digital channels & on counters:
  • Ensure an optimized brand image and visibility in all digital and CRM channels
  • Learn to be the Digital Marketing expert and key point of contact for all product categories and contribute adequate digital action plans for product launches, category support and any other support plans
  • Support to lead, develop and coach direct reports & bring digital spirit/know-how into the organization


Support to

  • Drive sales through managing execution and analysis of e-retailer partnerships
  • Work with headquarter teams on defining e-retail strategy and implement into German market
  • Represent Dior online, assure optimized representation of our e-corners with execution of all assets
  • Define growth targets by identifying local business needs and new e-business opportunities
  • Negotiate visibility and e-trade terms (annual agreements & on top activities with barter deals during the year)
  • Create holistic e-trade plans & tools aiming to maximize visibility for key product initiatives and efficiency gains at the same time


Support to:

  • Develop the adapted local CRM strategy for Germany at counters and online, working closely with Retail, Training and IT
  • Guarantee a successful roll-out of new CRM toolkit and lift CRM measures to the next level
  • Define and analyze CRM KPIs to grow the existing database and ensuring an optimized use of existing data
  • Drive CRM Customer communications to further increase transactions and loyalty
  • Maximize recruitment opportunities within the loyalty programme for the benefit of E-Hub clients



  • Support PCD headquarter with any inquiries related to the E-Hub project
  • Work closely with PCD headquarter to align Digital CRM tools and communications with clients
  • Provide reasonable local market insights to help PCD headquarter making business decisions
  • Support on growing client base through acquisition campaigns and drive traffic to by SEM & media measures
  • Provide updates on any technical issues



Support to

  • Ensure that Digital is at the heart of all media campaigns especially those driving consumers to on- and offline POS
  • Strategically align Digital media campaigns within the media-mix of TV, OOH and Press
  • Optimize digital media plan and budget to drive brand engagement and to meet media objectives
  • Lead digital campaign development with PCD headquarter, media agency and creative agency
  • Set, track and report on all media KPI's and identify areas for development and growth
  • Manage relationships with all media partners & keep being up to date
  • Work across all relevant digital platforms including Social Media, YouTube, Display, Native, Video, Retargeting and Programmatic


  • Bachelor degree in Business Communication (focus on Marketing, Communication and PR in combination with business administration)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Digital Business (either on industry or retail side)
  • High affinity to Digital business & big data developments
  • Self-driven and highly motivated personality
  • Result-oriented thinking with structured and analytical working methods
  • Sense of needs & Digital trends, able to implement these findings to working routine according to brand guidelines
  • Strong hands-on mentality as well as negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills (internally and externally)
  • Creative and passionate to drive success while knowing and defending Dior's brand DNA
  • Ability to manage priorities and to dealing with ambiguity
  • Knowledge of local Beauty Market and German based e-retailers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably Knowledge of Campaign management tools (such as Adobe Campaigns), CRM Database management systems and Google Analytics, Omniture


The role is based in Düsseldorf, in Germany.
