Position Overview

The VIE HR Project Management Specialist is in charge of coordinating, adapting, and implementing HR projects adapted to the region's needs, whilst remaining in line with Central HQ's guidelines. The HR VIE will liase between the central team and Head of HR Development, fully supporting key HR development projects in the Region.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. HR Initiatives

  • Support on organization efficiency improvement projects
  • Implement and coordinate Futureship Breakfast Meeting & Breakfast Meetings
  • Manage Diversity & Inclusion projects (CSR & LVMH initiatives - EllesVMH)

2. PCD Employee Value Proposition

  • Follow-up with the implementation and training of the EVP in the Region
  • Support internal & external diagnosis including, but not limited to, employee satisfaction surveys
  • Coordinate PCD EVP workshops in the region
  • Support the building of the PCD EVP, a culture in partnership with the local HR teams
  • Create and manage HR newsletters for internal communications

3. Multigeneration Project Follow up

  • Continue to develop the teleworking and flexible working hours initiative
  • Closely follow the employee satisfaction of these projects and continuously update the initiative in relation to their needs
  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop other projects which will improve the work-life balance of the generations across the work place

4. Digital Addict - Digital Learning Initiatives

  • Continue to support and activate the brand's Digital Training APP
  • Manage the Internal Influencers, APP Ambassadors
  • Plan Digital Addict themed events along with the Influencers
  • Provide the Central Digital Addict team with new APP ideas relative to the region
  • Continue to motivate PCD employees to use the APP
  • Introduce APP news and novelties

5. Organization of Internal Events

  • Work closely with the HR Director to plan events such as Digital Talks, Futureship Breakfast Meetings (Supporting Sustainability, the Employee Experience, and Innovation), and Happy Hours

 6. Induction and Onboarding

  • Review and upgrade the onboarding process for new joiners
  • Coordinate personalized Induction for new joiners in the Region
  • Coordinate the Dior Online Induction and the On Boarding Welcome Box
  • Aid the HR Director with job descriptions and Interview organization



  • Bachelor's degree required, but Master's preferred; area of study in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience - full time or internship
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • HR strategically minded and service oriented
  • Savviness with HR digital platforms
  • Strong business acumen across multiple functions
  • Ability to think strategically about complex problems and offer solutions
  • Proactive, result-oriented, autonomous, self-motivated, fast, and flexible
  • Native in English & French.  Chinese or Korean is a plus


Contract: International Volunteer Program

Start date: March 2020

Location: Hong Kong

Length of the assignment: 12 months (with the option to extend)
