Within the ecommerce team, you will support the business to drive sales through digital experience, website management, marketing, sales analysis, and operations. In this role, will have the opportunity to work with a large numbers of stakeholders from the business (Marketing, CRM, Sales, Animation, E-merchandising), digital and operations sides.

We are looking for someone who is willing to understand the full customer journey on and who is interested is getting knowledge on the business and sales sides.


Digital Experience and Website Management

  • Work with the team to drive revenue and scale the customer experience
  • Participate in SFCC roll out at the end of Q1 2021 with any local business need
  • Accelerate ratings and reviews program and coordinate budget, implementation, syndication and results
  • Assist any ecommerce team member on project implementations to enhance customer experience (On-site search, QA Testing and Regression, new website functionalities...)
  • Update content management system (eZ publish) with new products highlights on homepage and axis best-sellers on a weekly basis
  • Test animation pages before launch and provide feedback to Central
  • Coordinate local configuration of product launches

Digital Marketing

  • Define with ecommerce manager the digital marketing strategy: animation plan, sampling, generosity
  • Set up a 360 clear and business-oriented strategy for key consumption periods, working along with the CRM and animation teams
  • Provide an ongoing promo competitive landscape analysis and report 360 competitors activations during KCPs
  • Maintain all trackers up to dates including upcoming launches and promos
  • Communicate promo-calendar/shipping offers to cross-functional partners and work with QA Analyst on set up and testing
  • Report all activations across ecommerce and CRM in the Retail Planning Animation

Sales Analysis and Reporting

  • Work with sales planning manager on KPIs and sales strategy across the different axis
  • Provide weekly commentary and sales analysis to the E-business team
  • Create sales reports through the use of Cognos when necessary
  • Contribute key information to monthly performance reporting for Central

Supply Chain and Operations

  • Assist ecommerce manager on all forecasts across saleables and Point of Sales Merchandising on a monthly basis
  • Manage front-end operations such as quota, threshold and discontinuations
  • Optimize communications and implementation between the ecommerce, operations and distribution teams on all upcoming animations

Throughout this mission, you will have the opportunity to develop the following competencies:

  • Get trained on analytics tools such as Google Analytics Power Users, Cognos, eZ publish and in-house tools
  • Get a 360 view of an animation/product cycle and work with relevant parties to make each activation a success
  • Develop analytical skills that will drive business decisions and KPIs definition



  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/e-Commerce, preferably within prestige fragrance and beauty industry
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables...)
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Positive, energetic demeanor with a focus on transparency and collaboration when liaising with all cross-functional partners
  • Strong autonomy and ability to be a decision-maker
  • Curious about discovering US culture and working in a blooming and dynamic environment
  • Additional knowledge of ecommerce platforms/website testing and contribution will be a plus


Contract: International Volunteer Program

Start date: January 1st 2021

Location: New York City, United States of America

Length of the assignment: 18 months
