Poste

Under the supervision of Newton Vineyard's Brand Experience Manager, the candidate will work to improve and develop Newton's CRM strategy and asset in DTC operations. The candidate is also expected to help on various business planning missions and the communication of these elements towards key stake-holders of Newton Vineyards and parent companies.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT & REPORTING 25%

  • In collaboration with DTC & Digital Specialist, plan a CRM strategy to maximize targeted communication
  • Develop communication content in line with CRM strategy
  • Develop and perform members and subscribers' surveys
  • Work closely with MHUSA CRM to update customer journey mapping and build scenarios
  • Develop data reporting and segmentation using Sales Cloud tool
  • Improve upon existing Post-analysis/Reporting for Club Shipments & Ecommerce Campaign
  • Assist in Managing/Updating Subscriber/Members Database

DTC CUSTOMER SERVICE 20%

  • Monitor Wine Club and E-com customer service communication via email and phone
  • Assist the DTC team in resolving customer service-related issues
  • Process admin orders via email and phone

 DTC OPERATIONS 25%

  • Assist in the implementation Sales Force Commerce Cloud transactional platform
  • Ensure communication with Sales Force integrator (OSF) issue on the platform
  • Participate in E-com campaigns strategy development
  • Build E-com campaigns
  • Undertake A/B testing of landing pages/product pages to improve conversion to purchase
  • Update website storefront
  • Assist in the creation of a corporate gift offer (internal LVMH and external)
  • Process DTC stock transfers and sample shipping, including ICOs
  • Assist in Organizing/Maintaining updated compliance documentation
  • Assist DTC&CRM Specialist in administrative tasks

 PLANNING AND COMMINICATING COMPELLING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES 30%

  • Discuss with the various stakeholders to understand the vision, business opportunities and investment options associated.
  • Create comprehensive financial models encompassing all impacts for the various investments scenarios, featuring P&Ls
  • Propose financial models representing these options, and propose documents to communicate this vision in a compelling manner

OTHER

The candidate may be occasionally asked to perform side analysis, not directly related to these investment scenarios, but helping them to understand further aspects of the Wine business.


Profil

Education : Business school, Master level with qualification in finance

 Languages : Fluent in English, French a plus

 Professional experience & know how:

E-com business and CRM understanding. Capacity to project long-term decisions. Eagerness to run different financial models
