The Global Travel Retail work in close relationship with their main customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our teams are dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.

As part of the Travel Retail Europe team based in Paris, you will be in charge of executing training programs on the Moet Hennessy portfolio for mainly External audiences in major airports & cruise lines in EMEA region in line with business objectives & customer agreed plans. you will have to manage, adapt & track effectiveness of training tools.

Frequent travelling is required approximately 60% of the year.

Detailled missions

1. Execute Global Travel Retail training programs in EMEA in line with GTR retail education strategy, marketing plan by customer, brand strategies and global guidelines

  • Prepare Annual Training Delivery Plan for main accounts in close cooperation with Marketing & Sales team of the region
  • Adapt centrally provided training solutions according to audience and environment to ensure continuous improvement of Supervisor, Sales Ambassador & generic staffs' expertise in product knowledge, service skills and selling skills
  • Roll out the coaching strategy in line with Global Education guidelines
  • Deliver in-depth training programs according to training plans with focus on Hennessy, Champagne and Travel Retail exclusives:
  • which contains MH Maisons savoir-faire & products, Marketing activations, service skills, selling skills and grooming guidelines for MH dedicated Sales Ambassadors & promoters
  • which contains MH Maisons savoir-faire & products and Marketing activations for customers
  • Host and Educate consumer at high-profile dinner on-board Cruise & key Ferry lines
  • Manage a calendar of these trainings in line with significant dates and new product releases
  • Provide feedback to global team with feedback following input from SV's, SA's, customers,

2. Manage educational tools and programming

  • Work together with internal (TR Managers & Key Account Directors) & external partners (Key Customers) to customize appropriate training materials according to the markets needs
  • Work together with Head of retail Education and Training
  • Deploy tools : Art of Selling, Mystery Shopping, Retail Seminar...

3. Measure and Track effectiveness of all Training initiatives and programs

  • Track and report the result and effectiveness of all training activities on a monthly basis
  • Engage in effective communication with team members, in pursuit of continuous improvement of training expertise
  • Visit stores to check the improvement of Sales Ambassadors' product knowledge and service level after training



Education                                               :

  • University degree or above

Languages                                               :


  • Excellent spoken and written English, another language is a plus

Professional experience & know how                                               :


  • 5 years of relevant training / education experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods industry
  • Knowledge of wines & spirits is a plus
  • Good understanding of luxury brands
  • Travel Retail experience is a plus
