Within the EMEA team in Paris and reporting both to the global Supply Chain team and the Retail & Wholesale EMEA team, the Supply Chain coordinator follows the regional Supply Chain operations and projects: Seasonal launches, Order portfolio fulfilment, Warehousing, Transportation, After-Sales, Store openings, Market sessions

He/She is responsible for the optimization of logistic operations and carries continuous improvements plans

He/She ensures the constant link between the sales administration and supply chain team in NY and the Retail & Wholesale EMEA team in Paris


  1. Sales & Distribution
  • Coordinate seasonal launches (Retail Wholesale) according to the global marketing plan and the regional product availability
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Credit departments to reach monthly invoicing targets (OTIF)
  • Assist the sales team in the implementation of the automatic Replen program (Never Out Of Stock)


  1. Market
  • Act as back-office for the Sales team to ensure customer orders are in line with budget and seasonal guidelines
  • Monitor order entry in showroom marketplace (Joor) and subsequent push to ERP


  1. Retail
  • Oversee the bi-weekly replenishment and the target stock levels by SKU for EMEA Retail Stores
  • Support the Retail projects from a logistic and inventory standpoint


  1. Warehouse and transportation management
  • Manage contract negotiations and amendments for EMEA Third-Party Logistic partners (3PLs) and their enforcement
  • Monitor 3PLs KPIs and define continuous improvement plans to rectify them when not within expectations
  • Manage the EMEA Supply Chain budget phases according to Finance / HQ calendars


  • Experience / Internship in Supply Chain or Project Management
  • Understanding of warehouses systems, credit control, logistics
  • Customer- and result-oriented
  • Team player attitude, good communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to multi-task & work under pressure / shifting priorities


  • Fluent English is a must, Italian is a plus
  • Excellent working knowledge of Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Previous working experience with ERPs (AX, SAP) a plus
  • Keen interest in luxury and fashion
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proactive approach in tackling issues and identifying solutions
