We are looking for a highly motivated retail professional to manage our Paris Flagship store ASAP. You will be responsible for leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets and excel in customer service while supporting Client Development objectives to increase loyalty, retention and generate new business. Key Responsabilities: Drive the Results of a Store in respect to the Brand values and DNA. Develop Brand Loyalty towards existing customers through a qualitative Customer experience. Lead a Team to ensure the Business needs are met. Spend 80% of their time on the floor. Sales and Management >  Set targets and lead team to achieve sales growth and improvements in level of service. Set daily goals during the morning brief, and measure productivity per sales associate >  Propose challenges to the team to motivate them to reach their targets >  Set actions plan to achieve monthly/annual target while reinforcing sales techniques toward the team >  Coordinate all policies and procedures for stock management and deliveries. >  Manage client experience ensuring highest standards are met >  Daily monitoring of KPIs and sales results. Track sales performance through weekly and ad-hoc reporting >  Leverage the P&L elements under responsibility to optimize productivity People and Leadership >  Lead, motivate and coach team to deliver objectives. Drive monthly one to one meeting >  Establish a training and development program to support team growth and progression >  Prepare the monthly planning >  Develop relationships with our VIP clients thanks to your personal network and professional social media activity (We Chat, Instagram, Facebook, What's app) >  Learn about our clients through CRM and individual feedback >  Constantly maintain the visuals guidelines and standards of presentation >  Lead by example in terms of presentation and grooming. Make sure the team is constantly representing the Brand (uniform policy, grooming guidelines, ...) >  Understand the economics in their country/city/foreign countries...to anticipate potential impact on their business Operate the Store at Excellence Level >  Perfectly knows and applies Store Operation Manual >  Prepare and monitor rolling inventory and annual fiscal inventory. >  Report activity with qualitative comments and set action plans if needed. Know how to use the main reports. Is able to use IT tools as set up by the Company (retail pro reports, ...) Support Client Development Objectives >  Work closely with retail management to ensure client needs are met through all critical functional activities >  Help drive relationship with business partners to develop projects and generate new business (Hotels, personal shoppers, influencers, press...) >  Analyze CRM information to understand client data and build communication campaigns >  Support initiatives and action plans for launches, new collections and bespoke services >  Help develop events and campaigns that will attract new clients and engage existing ones >  Prepare client lists and help implement clientelling actions >  Look after some of our most valuable client relationships and offers a truly bespoke experience >  Perform client insights / analysis and propose specific actions plans to improve performance >  Act as the pivotal point of contact in the store for client activities such as preview, sale, events etc. >  Determine ways to develop VIP Client database and increase Service levels/client satisfaction

Profil

>  Experience dealing with VIP clientele and managing retail teams >  Leader with the ability to direct, inspire and motivate a team to reach targets >  Client centric and focused on exceptional service standards >  Driven with a strong work ethic and professionalism >  Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines >  Must be energetic, self-motivated and organized >  Ability to identify problems and implement appropriate solutions proactively >  Experience dealing with international customers (Chinese customers, knowledge and professional use of social medias like We Chat, etc...) >  Must have a strong Fashion knowledge >  Highly motivated to work in the industry and to join Marc Jacobs >  People who want to learn and grow within the brand, ready for the challenge ! >  Results driven (sales, KPI, bonus) >  Fluent in English, a third language would be appreciated (Russian, Chinese, Korean, Arabic) Flexible with working hour
