We look for a Store Manager for our boutique in De Bijenkorf department store in Amsterdam. You are responsible for the management and the sales development of our boutique, in accordance with our guidelines. You have a role of management and coordination of the team. You ensure an excellent client experience together with high & qualitative sales. You represent the style and the image of Christian Dior.
Your main roles are:
> Increase sales
Optimise sales by attracting new customers, public relations, customer service, customer loyalty
Develop a customer network, being an ambassador of the brand, coordinating in-store events and participating to local events outside the Boutique
Closely monitor sales reports and merchandise needs in order to ensure proper stock levels
Oversee the execution of window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising

Ensure a strong presence on the shopfloor
Focus on people development: manage, coach and train the sales staff
Optimise the staff competencies to lead the business growth
Develop the management team of the boutique

Drive the activity using KPI's in order to reach the Boutique targets
Work closely with Retail Manager on sales, events, trunk-shows and team management
Provide regular reports
Coordinate with Finance, Buying teams, CRM, Visual Merchandising, HR and Training to ensure Boutique development
Oversee boutique operation activities
Liaise with department store management and leverage the relationship for more efficiency

You can prove a minimum experience of 5 years in the management of a luxury store within a Retail team management role.
You have the ability to be a Brand ambassador and to ensure excellent client experience
You have ability in merchandising and stock control
You are able to understand and work on store financial reports and budgets
You are used to work with KPI's
You are a communicative person and are able to motivate and influence a team thanks to your positive mindset and your engagement. You like being with people and working in team. You are known for your communication skills such as your excellent sense of service. Service and entertainment are the most important for you, in order to guarantee an excellent client experience everytime.
You have a commercial mindset and are business driven. Especially taking care of the Millenials generation you adapt this new way of consuming and are digital savvy.
You are fluent in English. Dutch is much appreciated and a third language would be a plus
