The LVMH Digital Media team located at LVMH Group HQ is looking for a Digital Media Executive to support the digital media activities managed by the LVMH Media department. The scope of work includes a wide range of both operational and analytic responsibilities which are consistently evolving in the face of a dynamic and changing media landscape. The role requires frequent interaction with LVMH brands and entities, agencies and media partners.

The position is based in Paris reports to the Head of Digital Media Performance & Data.

Main Missions:

The LVMH Digital Media missions consist to:

  • Drive value from our digital media partnerships (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Pilot digital media innovation
  • Deliver digital education
  • Define and deploy harmonized Group Ad tech ecosystem
  • Drive data acceleration

Responsibilities:

Ad tech Project management:

  • Assist the Digital Media team in the deployment of Ad tech solutions selected by the group
    • Participate in the orchestration of the deployment strategy
    • Track and monitor the roll out through regular reports & presentations to the LVMH management
  • Organize communication tools (ppt, webinars...) to keep the LVMH community up to speed regarding these Ad Tech projects

Digital Media Partnerships:

  • Assist the Digital Media team in managing the Group Digital Media Partnerships
    • Participate in the tracking of top partners performances (quantitative and qualitative KPIs)
    • Monitor best practices to be shared with the Group Management
    • Identify innovative opportunities and provide an actionable point of view on partners' proposals

Digital Media Education:

  • Attend some digital media events and develop actionable point of view to be shared with the entire LVMH Media community
  • Contribute to the gathering of group & industry best practices in order to build a group database for digital media and advertising creativity
  • Help the team to identify and maintain a strong relationship with Ad Tech vendors, staying abreast on the latest digital media trends, solutions and certification processes

Digital agency management (search, social and performances):

  • Prepare and manage the consolidation of the yearly appraisal of our digital partners
  • For ad hoc partners' meetings, liaise with the agency in order to deliver full status regarding digital media partnerships (Quantitative & Qualitative) or brands media activity overview
  • Contribute to the consolidation of different kind of media reporting and projects

Profil

  • First experience in Digital Marketing / Digital consulting preferably in top tier digital agency, consulting company or Ad tech vendor
  • Project management capabilities
  • Analytical Skills - candidate need to be curious, details oriented, confident with reporting and numbers analysis
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent English
  • Strong team spirit and at the same time autonomous
  • MS Powerpoint, Word professional and Excel (extensive experience using Excel pivot tables, chart visualizations, etc.)
  • First experience with the Google Marketing Platform solutions DoubleClick Digital Marketing and Google Analytics 360 Suite
  • Experience in the luxury goods/beauty sector would be a plus but not mandatory
