Your role will be to support the Couture & Events team in the organization of events & celebrities management.
Key Responsibilities
International VIP Dressing Requests / Sample Trafficking for France + international:
- Check look availability in collaboration with the press team and propose alternative looks if look not available
- Create send out in Fashion GPS & make sure that the sample planning is always up to date
- Package and send out samples via local messenger, domestic shipping and international shipping. Closely track shipments after dispatch (deliveries and returns).
Fashion Show & Events:
- Support with organization of travels, guestlist and invitations
- Welcoming during Fashion shows and events
- Support the organization and logistics for dressings and events
- Prepare VIP fittings and propose selection of looks
Talent Proposals:
- Research rising talent in film/music/dance/skate industries
- Compile monthly reports featuring strong selection of people
VIP Gifting and Product placements:
- Wrap and package products
MISC:
- Daily VIP requests Recap
- Follow up press release and VIP Images database
- Monthly newsletter
- Competitor Benchmark
- Compile product placements images
Showroom:
- Checking inventory + organization + dry cleaning of the VIP set
Profil
- University degree (or ongoing)
- 1 experience min in a similar role or in Press/PR
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS
- Skills: Organized / rigorous / motivated / dynamic / hands-on / team player
- Languages: fluent English and French mandatory
