Context:
The House of Dior offers a unique and personalized experience to each of its employees to grow and develop their career. You will join the Global Talent team where you will work closely with the Director of Talent Development, creating and launching global learning and development programs to support our talents all over the world.
Description:
You will be a key player on several projects and initiatives within the Global Talent team, including working to identify an LMS (Learning Management System) solution to eventually be rolled out globally. You will also support other projects related to Career Development, Increasing Self-Awareness, Leadership Development and building a Culture of Inclusion. You will be involved in each step, from identifying needs, creating content through the communication and rollout. You will coordinate with different departments, countries and agencies involved and support the deployment to employees.
Profil
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Bac + 4/ 5 : Business school or University with a first experience in communication, learning or project management
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Strong project management and organizational skills
