In the Marketing and Communication department, you will be managed by the Head of Marketing. Your main missions will be:

  • Strategic planning and management of all KENZO social media networks globally, including:
    • Content strategy, calendar planning and community management
    • Development of follower acquisition growth plans and follower engagement strategy
    • Identification of new emerging social media platforms
    • Performance analysis, competitive benchmarking and social listening
  • Coordination with Asia/China team on synchronization and consistency of China platforms' social media content and calendar with global strategy
  • Planning and coordination of content collaborations with digital partners
  • Planning, coordination and post-campaign analysis of all paid social campaigns globally
  • Management of relationships with key social media partners and social media agencies
  • Ensuring readiness and sufficiency social media content in fit-for-use formats with art department and digital partners


- Education in a Business school or university

- 2 years of experience in a similar position

- Organisational skills and rigor

- Curisoity and enthousiasm

- Good communication skills

- Interest in fashion and products

- Good level of Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent level in English and French
