  • Provide sales assistance to customers, and ensure a high level of brand and product knowledge
  • Achieving personal and store sales targets




Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Deliver oustanding experience to the clients' s highest expectations
  • Professionally handling and advising customers of products and services resulting in the achievement of personal and store sales targets
  • Professionally represent the brand image at all times
  • Create, develop & optimize the VIC relationship.
  • Recruit clients out of store
  • Merchandising displays and ensuring high standards are maintained within the store
  • Provide high quality service to customers face-to- face and over the telephone
  • Completing sale documentation and efficient use of internal till and stock systems
  • Generate the proactive advocacy of your clients to achieve mystery shopper targets
  • Accurately check stock levels at a regular basis
  • Be able to open and close the store following security procedures to ensure minimum security risk
  • Support the manager to continuously develop store practices and customer service levels
  • Relay the store manager on specific topics : training, pop up, events, stocks, VM...
  • Reporting any stock or security issues, and fraudulent activity to management
  • Promote effective working practices resulting in a safe and efficient working environment
  • Develop high level of product and brand knowledge
  • Provide in-store aftersales service working with the aftersales teams to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Take responsibility of personal development and attending training as required
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations


Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:



  • Minimum a bachelor degree


Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales records.
  • Have a previous experience with Jewelry clients & Brands
  • Achieve higher targets and KPI
  • Knowledge of and ability to use various IT systems



  • Customer focused, able to serve customers and handle complaints in a highly professional manner
  • Mastering selling techniques particularly cross & up selling
  • Able to meet & exceed targets and work to deadlines
  • Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change
  • Promote actively a team spirit & be supportive with your colleagues
  • Results orientated and winning spirits
  • Ability to maintain and develop his clients network
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness and reliability
  • Problem solving and initiative
  • English mandatory. Chinese Speaker is a plus
