As part of the implementation of the Travel Retail Europe Organisation, we are currently looking for a Sales Director. He/she will report to the Managing Director Travel Retail Europe LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing the business strategies per brands for one retailer or a group of retailers at portfolio level
    • Developing the LVMH P&C brands (Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, Make Up For Ever, Acqua di Parma, Loewe, Fresh, Benefit & Maison Francis Kurkdjian) penetration and market-share
    • Maximizing the sales at portfolio level working together with each brand TR structure
    • Ensuring best possible profitability at group level
    • Protecting the brands image and reputation thanks to an adequate business follow up and execution in POS with the Regional Brand Director
    • In charge of the roll out of new brands within the account(s) in charge - to accompany the new brand - facilitating relationships and negotiating terms and conditions for the new brands.
  • Driving performance and monitoring the KPIs through weekly/monthly business reports with the Brand KAM 

Negotiation at Group Level

  • Build with the Managing Director & the Regional Brand Directors the sell in & sell-out objectives per brand in order to achieve brands targets
  • To guarantee / respect the budget of expenses allocated by the brand to the account(s)
  • Build with the Managing director & Regional Brand Directors the sales strategy for the account(s) in charge
  • Annual negotiation for all LVMH P&C for the account(s) in charge of:
      • Terms & Condition
      • Location in key airports - top doors and flagships

Team Management

  • Co-Management / recruitment / motivation & animation of a team of KAM
  • Communicate Sell In / Sell Out / Expenses objectives to brand KAM and follow-up on their achievement
  • Co animate with Regional Brand Directors annual seminar & sales cycles for the account(s) in charge
  • Conduct regular airports visits and ensure the development of the team through regular appraisals
  • Key / favourite contact of the retailer(s)

Profil

  • 5-10 years' experience in negotiation (Key Account in mass retail)
  • Knowledge of Travel Retail & Beauty
  • Cross-cultural
  • Adaptable, leadership, ability to federate, inspirational personality, team player
  • Travel (up to 20% to 40%)
  • Bac+5
  • English mandatory and a second language (Spanish or German)
