The Global Travel Retail work in close relationship with their main customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our teams are dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.

As part of the Travel Retail Europe team based in Paris, you will be in charge of maximizing retail sales in flagship stores, managing the related salesforce and continuously improve operational efficiency in your dedicated area.




Boutiques Operations Excellence: 2 shops

  • Develop sell-out and manage sales performance to improve retail KPIs
  • Constant communication with boutique managers and staffs, take corrective actions when necessary
  • Continuously enhance boutique's operations efficiency: guarantee the highest standards of operations at all time through strong on-field presence: Customer Service, Boutique maintenance, visual merchandising, assortment, pricing and stock
  • Provide regular and accurate sales reports to management (weekly, monthly, quarterly...)


Brand Ambassadors Management: (in 2020 ~15 people )

  • Monitor the dedicated Brand Ambassadors sales performance (transversal management): build sales incentive plan, communicate sales objectives and follow-up on their achievement
  • Propose training, coaching together with the training team
  • Ensure that Brand Ambassadors follow the Moët Hennessy Selling Ceremony
  • Build a close relationship with the Alcohol & Tobacco airport/terminal/store retail management, customer and Moët Hennessy teams
  • Develop a sense of community to motivate and retain people


New projects Management : 2 new projects

  • Lead the coordination of new boutiques projects from design to implementation in constant collaboration with Central teams, Client and account manager
  • Elaborate 5 years business target, business focus and assortment
  • Lead workshop to elaborate ways of working, marketing activations, innovations
  • Collaborate in crafting top consumer brand experience
  • Monitor P&L of project


Account Management:

  • Collaborate to account strategy implementation
  • Collaborate in the construction of the annual marketing plan and coordinate its implementation to reach sales targets
  • Collaborate to negotiation meetings
  • Collaborate to budget building and follow up



  • University Graduate in Business, Marketing or General Management
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in retail 
  • Team management/supervision
  • Interest for the luxury industry and the travel retail business
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be a plus



  • Strong business acumen: passion for retail, results, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Natural leadership: ability to lead and motivate people in a non-hierarchical context, share ideas and successes and build effective teams
  • Service-oriented: excellent understanding of the selling process, customer expectations and purchasing behavior
  • Communication and negotiation skills: ability to communicate well with management, sales and influence a variety of stakeholders
