As a KENZO Sales Advisor, you will make sure that every customer is greeted and receives individual attention. You will:
-Present the KENZO brand and our products and collections,
-Offer a unique, unforgettable in-store experience,
-Grow sales and meet targets and performance indicators (units per transaction, average basket size and conversion rate),
-Develop long-term relationships with customers to build loyalty among our local and international clientele,
-Be involved in presenting products in accordance with the guidelines of the Maison.
As an integral part of the sales outlet team, you will contribute to all the tasks that enable us to meet our sales targets, in line with the procedures of the Maison described in the KENZO Store Handbook.

You will also need to have 2 years' sales experience in a premium/high-end fashion environment. We're looking for someone who knows how to use their love of fashion and great customer service skills to optimise sales.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, flexible and reliable, with an eye for detail.
To offer our international customers a unique experience, you will need to speak fluent English.
