MISSIONS

SUSTAIN AND DEVELOP THE SALES PERFORMANCE AND BRAND PERCEPTION AT A GLOBAL LEVEL THROUGH THE DESIGN, DEPLOYMENT AND FOLLOW-UP OF DEDICATED PROJECTS, PROCESSES AND TOOLS.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PRECISE MONITORING OF THE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE (WITH THE SUPPORT OF A DEDICATED BUSINESS ANALYST) THROUGH:

  • THE DEFINITION WITH THE FINANCE TEAM OF THE 3Y PLAN OBJECTIVES AND BUDGETS FOR THE WHOLE RETAIL NETWORK
  • THE MONTHLY REVIEW OF SALES PERFORMANCE AND SET UP OF COMMERCIAL TARGETS
  • THE PILOTING OF KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (UPT, CROSS-SELLING ETC.) AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTION PLANS WHEN NEEDED
  • AD HOC ANALYSES ON STORES AND STAFF PRODUCTIVITY (NET SALES PER SQM, NET SALES PER STAFF BY ZONE, CLUSTERS ETC.)
  • OPENING PLAN FOLLOW-UP (ACTUAL RESULTS VS SOP, IMPACT OF POTENTIAL DELAYS ETC.)

DESIGN, DEPLOYMENT AND FOLLOW-UP OF PROJECTS AND PROCESSES AIMING AT IMPROVING THE SALES PERFORMANCE AND BRAND PERCEPTION IN STORE:

  • ANALYZE STORES ZONING AND PRODUCTIVITY BY PRODUCT CATEGORY TO HELP IN DEFINING NEW STORES DESIGN BRIEF ENSURING THE CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE COMMERCIAL AMBITION, OTB AND THE STORE DESIGN AND PRODUCTS DISPLAY
  • PROVIDE THE STORES WITH TOOLS FOR A BETTER MATCH TO TRAFFIC AND MONITOR THE RESULTS ON KPIS (E.G. CONVERSION RATE)
  • BUILD AN AGILE AND AMBITIOUS MYSTERY SHOPPING PROGRAM TO ACCOMPANY THE CHANGE IN ARTISTIC DIRECTION WHILE ENSURING RETAIL EXCELLENCE STANDARDS AND AN ELEVATED CLIENT EXPERIENCE
  • IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE IT TEAM, REVIEW AND IMPROVE THE REPORTINGS TO HELP THE PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND SUPPORT THE TEAMS IN TAKING DECISIONS
  • CLOSELY WORK WITH THE OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE MANAGERS OF STORES TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE PROCESSES CAN BE IMPROVED AT EVERY LEVELS

STRONG PARTNERSHIP WITH RETAIL TEAMS OF THE WHOLE NETWORK TO ASSESS THEIR PERFORMANCE AND NEEDS TOWARDS A BETTER EFFICIENCY AND MONITOR THE RESULTS OF INITIATED ACTION PLANS

  • REGULAR INTERACTIONS WITH KEY CONTACTS IN ZONE
  • PILOTING OF NEW PROJECTS, PROCESSES AND TOOLS IN SELECTED DOORS BEFORE ROLL-OUT



Profil

  • UNIVERSITY DEGREE (BAC+5) IN ECONOMICS OR BUSINESS
  • 5 YEARS OF RETAIL EXPERIENCE, PROCESS MANAGER, CLIENT CENTRIC
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS / CAPABILITY TO STRUCTURE & PRIORITIZE
  • PASSION FOR RETAIL / OBSESSION FOR PERFORMANCE & EXCELLENCE
  • ABILITY TO EXPLAIN AND CONDUCT CHANGE MANAGEMENT
  • EXCELLENT ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS, CAPABLE TO ADAPT QUICKLY WITHIN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
  • A MOTIVATOR, WITH A POSITIVE CAN-DO ATTITUDE, PROPOSING SOLUTIONS VS DETECTING CHALLENGES
