The Retail Marketing & Performance Coordinator has a double mission to support the EMEA zone. He works for the EMEA Marketing department and the EMEA retail development department. This role reports to the EMEA Marketing Director and the EMEA Operations Development Director.



1.Within the EMEA Marketing department: 50%

Consolidation of marketing budgets

- Monitoring of country budgets liaising with local Marketing Managers

- Monthly closing EMEA zone in reconciliation with the zone finance team


Direct Marketing

- Customer Gifts: consolidation of customer gift orders at zone level and key contact for the central CRM on the topic

- Dior Mag: consolidation of Dior Mag's orders at the zone level and key contact for the central CRM on this subject


Administrative & Presentation

- Management of the Trunk Show Europe in relation with the external service provider

- Support for strategic presentations: budget, seminar, training ; team travel management

2.Within the Retail development department: 50%

Work on project mode on several topics regarding retail performance and retail development within EMEA zone:


  • Contribute to deploy retail performance projects in the zone boutiques (digital and non-digital), Dior STAR being his/her priority in 2020.Retail initiatives


  • Share feedbacks to Retail Performance Local Coordinator or to Project Team


  • Be dedicated to all retail performance projects (After Sales/Reporting/Induction) roll out and follow-up


  • Assisting in day to day operations of various retail tasks as required


  • Performs sales and KPI analysis (Excel extraction)


  • Helps track boutique KPI and alerts of issues with respect to decreased performance


  • Gathering and help compiling data for weekly reports




Bachelor or master's degree in business management and/or marketing



A previous experience in luxury retail or related industry



Fluency in French, English

Strong organizational skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills


Self-starter, proactive, mature, autonomous

Excellent computer knowledge (Excel)
