Watches and Jewelry Retail Marketing Manager
Vision and opportunity
Implement a comprehensive 360° "direct to and for stores" approach in close collaboration with the W&J Product teams/business unit, to increase sales by providing support in all aspects of the business.
For each store:
Based on in depth results, point to concrete levers of opportunity (Turnover/ Units/ price segment/ Clients), establish targets in line with overall W&J ambition with local retail organization
Assess with zone/country/store management, level of expertise and team size to drive the activity to full potential in an "everyone can sell a watch" approach
Map out the ideal product presentation (zoning, architecture and VM) in WJ area, as well as Men's and road signs
Facilitate the W&J "referent" to embark ALL store team to support the activity, measure progression of percentage of store teams selling W & J.
Benchmark across the stores all best practices, share and build on "good ideas"
Communicate on a weekly/monthly basis with all relevant partners to understand results and drive action plan
Get to know the team, the space, the store, all details within each store as it relates to the W/J activity (by calls and visits)
Provide all relevant support to Retail teams:
Communicate on progress report on a weekly/ monthly basis
Detail and act on all feedback received with all related partners

- Retails support tools
