In order to strengthen our energetic and passionate HR team based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist for a temporary mission (maternity leave coverage) until end of December 2021 to help our Watches and Perfumes business units finding and retaining excellent employees.

 

You will be responsible to discover the best suitable talents for our open positions and to ensure a positive experience with both candidates and hiring managers as well as operational excellence within the whole recruitment process.

 

Accountabilities

 

Managing the whole recruitment process end-to-end, you define and implement the winning sourcing strategy through the relevant channels to address business needs and nurture the talent pipeline. From talent identification to the final offer, you work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure the alignment of the recruitment strategy on organization needs and attract the right talent that will lead to a long-term successful hire across our Maison and LVMH Group.

 

You collaborate with hiring manager in defining the best profile and make sure that the recruitment process is applied and streamlined in order to gain efficiency.

You plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening calls, interviews, feedback, rejection, and offers) to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Dedicated to attract and recruit the best talents, you source directly on LinkedIn and other job platforms and liaise with external recruitment partners.

 

Convinced that offering the best candidate journey is key to attract talents and enhance the company's reputation, you challenge and improve the existing recruitment processes to create a unique experience of BVLGARI throughout the whole recruitment process and raise any issues and gaps to make the process more efficient.


Profil

You have a strong recruitment background with at least 3 years of experience dealing with manufacturing and/or HQ positions in a fast-pace, demanding and changing environment. You are experienced in full-cycle recruiting and you have ideally previous in-house or agency exposure to the Watch Industry and feel comfortable with IT tools (Office, ATS and social networks). You are also fluent in French and English.

People and customer-oriented, you are a team player and you easily adapt to changing requirements or deadlines, keeping a positive attitude and always supporting your colleagues.

Analytical but intuitive, you have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find the suitable position in our company, assessing accurately their motivation, project, personality and potential.

Fast-learner and organized, you work autonomously and demonstrate passion, empathy and resilience to understand your internal stakeholders' needs and you continuously anticipate their expectations.

You also know how to align your internal and external partners on long-term organizational needs while finding pragmatic solutions to manage short-term needs when necessary.

Entrepreneur and pragmatic, you are able to work transversally with other team members to maximize processes efficiency.
