The public relations manager for KENZO acts as an ambassador for the brand and holds a professional, dynamic and driven approach to the role. They have strong relationships with fashion editors, stylists, VIP stylists and digital media professionals. They hold interests in arts & cultures - they are enthusiastic in being ahead of the curve when it comes to music, film, dance and creative sphere. They have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a team. They will support the PR Director and wider communications team in their strategies.
Maintain and nurture press relations with key editors - fashion & accessories both online / offline
Support and coordinate the global PR & VIP strategy internationally, with a focus on France & Europe.
Outreach to both print and online media pitching for placement of brand features, key launches for the brand.
Coordination, supervision and management of sample trafficking globally.
Coordination of international PR offices - US / UK / ITA / Middle East / HK / JP / China
Create new VIP stylist & management relationships in line with brand strategy.
Manage VIP dressing, placements and travel for key events.
Organisation of fashion events / creation and follow up of guest lists
Management of fashion show seating / events / press days.
Monitor and implement global clippings & coverage analysis
Coordinate with internal departments to create press releases for product launches.
Experience in cultivating relationships with media contacts.
Very strong verbal and written communications skills. (French / English are necessary).
Exceptional time management, organisation skills.
A strong work ethic.
Ability to prioritise key tasks. Respect for deadlines.
5+ industry experience in communications / PR either at an agency or in house.
A quick thinker and ability to be agile.
Experience in trade technical sample/reporting programmes - DMR, Launchmetrics.
Great press contacts with a focus on French editors/stylists/agents.
