IN THE FRAME OF ITS SUCCESSFUL OMNICHANNEL EXPANSION, AFTER OPENING MORE THAN 40 WEBSITES WORLDWIDE, CELINE IS LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE, WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN ACQUISITION CAMPAIGNS, TO PLAN, DEVELOP, AND MANAGE THE OVERALL TRAFFIC ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
- Responsible of traffic acquisition on the website, manages all SEM campaigns with the external agencies (keywords campaigns, web traffic, market trends) as well as Mini Program WECHAT
- Explores in specific markets customized SEM approaches (Naver, Baidu..)
- In collaboration with the Website & E-Commerce performance Manager, accounts for the SEO optimisation, brings inputs to leverage overall performance in sharing the developments to the teams
- Regularly connects & challenges the different agencies based on their performance
- Explores new acquisition channels & adapts a custom to markets campaigns according to the zones
- Identifies key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics
- Tracks and reports on key KPIS for online campaigns and ad hoc initiatives. Prepares reports on marketing strategy
- Identifies improvements on acquisition performance and translates them into developments, including new channels (affiliation...)
- In partnerships with the media team, design effective and engaging acquisition media campaigns (from shaping the campaign, collecting the assets to the campaign performance tracking)
- Collaborates with Clienteling team for emailers plan as well as to optimize campaigns for a better audience targeting (thanks to a deep client profiling / off & online).
- Produces meaningful digital marketing KPI consolidated dashboards and delivers global performance reports (weekly, monthly...)
- Presents the key findings to the teams, & provide recommendations shaping the acquisition performance strategy. Shows concrete results and brings relevant inputs to leverage the business
- Accountable for overall SEM, SEO, paid social (IG / collection ads) expenses
- Stays up to date with latest technologies & best practices...
- Regularly monitors and reports on key trends to better shape the acquisition strategy
Profil
- High Business School
- + 3-5 years' experience
- Experienced with/in agency environment is a plus
- Excellent analytical & organizational skills
- Energetic, focussed and results driven
- Highly articulate and able to influence in a cross-functional team environment
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (360), Tag Manager & excel
- Salesforce knowledge a plus
- French & English fluent
