As part of the implementation of the Travel Retail Europe Organisation, we are currently looking for a Multi-Brands Key Account Manager. He/she will report to the Business Development Director Travel Retail Europe LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing the business strategies for a portofolio of brands
    • Developing the brand penetration and market-share
    • Maximizing the sales based on the Marketing Plan and the existing Tools (prices, variety, advertisement, merchandising, incentives)
    • Ensuring best possible profitability by optimizing and controlling the expenses
    • Protecting the brand image and reputation thanks to an adequate business follow up and execution in POS
  • Driving performance and monitoring the KPIs through weekly/monthly business reports
  • Responsible of the consolidated brand or portfolio of brands P&L 

Negotiation at Local Level

  • Provide the management all needed information for Annual negotiation
  • In charge of day to day negotiation & local ones

Team Management

  • Communicate Sell In / Sell Out / Expenses objectives to field team - Follow-up on their achievement
  • Conduct regular airports visits and ensure the development of the team through regular appraisals

Product

  • In charge of new products presentation & Listing
  • In charge of Trade animations - from brief to Marketing till objectives
  • In charge of products assortment management (product selection / cluster / adapted planograms)
  • Sell In - Orders follow up

 

Brand Image

  • All new counters - from design to implementation

Profil

  • 2-5 years experience in negotiation (Key Account in mass market)
  • Knowledge of Travel Retail & Beauty
  • Cross-cultural
  • Experience in management
  • Adaptable, leadership, ability to federate, inspirational personality, team player
  • Travel up to 30% - 50%
  • Bac+5
  • English mandatory + Spanish a plus
