The Marketing Project Manager is a transversal contact within the EMEA marketing team who ensures to have a global consolidate EMEA vision on all marketing topics.

As an EMEA coordinator, he is a key contact for each local marketing manager. 

He ensures the coordination of all actions from local marketing teams on transversal topics, including the direct management of the pop up and special projects, under the supervision of the EMEA marketing director. He has a direct responsibility for defining and implementing the right marketing actions for each boutique of the BeNeLux zone (4 boutiques, 3 countries) according to the specificities of each boutique and respecting the budget dedicated to this zone.

Detailed Missions


  • Consolidation the retail events planning for all the boutiques of the zone
  • Compilation of event proposals to make sure that central guidelines are followed locally
  • Validation of each concept with central team
  • Compilation of events feedback 
  • Sharing of best practices
  • Folllow up of the budget & ROI


Fashion Shows

  • Compilation of profiles for validation by Central Team
  • Follow-up and update of quota per countries and daily update of invitees / attendee's lists
  • Compilation of quantitative & qualitative feedbacks


Special projetcs: Previews / Villa Dior

  • Follow-up and update of a consolidated OTOs planning and estimated turnover 
  • Follow-up of the confirmations of orders and payments of deposits
  • Follow-up of the deliveries, sell-through and TO at country level


Special projects: Pop-up

  • Follow-up of all country proposals 
  • Create a recap for all Europe projects 
  • Europe consolidated weekly report 
  • Final consolidated feed-back: performance results, client insights, pictures, best practices, areas of improvements, key learnings


3.Management of BeNeLux Marketing Action Plan


      • Definition & follow up of Client Development objectives specific to each boutique with the GM of the country
      • Training of the team on the dedicated clientelling tools and follow up on the team performance



  • Events
    • Planning of the retail event calendar according to the boutique key periods and specific challenges
    • Implementation of each event and follow up of the budget
    • Feedback - quantitative and qualitative - post event
  • Client treatment
    • Definition in advance of the list of clients to be targeted for the full year
    • Organization of the bespoke program for each client in respect of the defined budget
    • Accompanying the boutique staff and the client during the treatment
    • Follow up on the results of each treatment
  • Business Development
    • In relation with the GM / zone marketing director / boutique directors, identify all opportunities to enhance the business development
