The Operational Marketing Manager will play a vital role in the definition and implementation of Marketing activations for the Maison in the Middle East. He/she will report to and work very closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications EMEA and lead the proactive local strategical marketing plan including media, digital, CRM and visual merchandising activities as well as sales and competitor analysis.


Main responsibilities:


  • Build Middle East Marketing action plan, guarantee business growth across retail and wholesale channels
  • Promote an effective implementation of marketing campaigns, growing brand value and image through selection, evaluation and approval of the appropriate media
  • Guarantee a smooth rollout of the marketing plan in the region (media campaigns, digital, events, point of sales animations)
  • Manage the local marketing budget to ensure the return of investment for every action


Bachelor's degree in marketing or business school
A minimum of 5 years of solid work experience in operational marketing, and experience in the jewellery sector is a plus

Digital and Media experience is a plus

Strong communication and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Fluent English. Arabic is a plus
