Marketing Manager is fully responsible for developing and implementing MKT, PR and Digital strategies. His/her role is to plan and execute brand initiatives and activities to enhance brand positioning, gain share of mind through effective marketing strategies, creative PR buzz, use of various social media, consumer events and other joint promotions and co-branding opportunities to enhance awareness of Benefit in Thailand. 
- Build and be responsible for A&P budget 

- Responsible for the achievement of the budgeted retail and net sales and inventory targets for the skus and category. 
Marketing Plan 
- Build strong marketing, digital and PR strategies for the business 

- Strategically develop Marketing Calendar together with Brand General Manager and formulate marketing objectives and strategies that align with brand objectives 

- Implement new product launch plan and prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of each launch
New Product Forecast 
- Plan and order new products, tester, collaterals and samples 

- Follow up all the ETA of new products, tester, collaterals and samples to arrive at warehouse on time 

- Analyze all new products launches in sell-out analysis 

- Develop competitors and customer insights 
- Plan & develop merchandising plan for each store under international guideline 

- Initiate and monitor the quality of all locally produced material and lightbox 

- Coordinate with outside contractors in implementing promotional areas to ensure effective installation within agreed budget  
Promotions and Events 
- Plan and implement consumer events related to priority products and new ‘A' launches by effective promotional and merchandising campaign 

- Coordinate store events

- Plan Monthly OTC events eg Counter Parties, with input from SDM and Counter Managers 

- Book External Atriums for major new product launches to create awareness 

- Create and share feedback to local and regional team
Workshops and CRM, Joint Promotion 
- Plan workshops with different ‘added value programs' and target different customers segments and through referrals

- Develop CRM to build customers loyalty and reach new target group 

- Plan and execute joint promotions with magazines, credit cards, stores loyalty cards

- Explore co-branding with potential co-partner 
Public Relations 
- Grow our editorial reach and coverage 

- Plan, control and executive PR activities within budget allowance (especially for new product launches)

- Media visits to build rapport

- Celebrities and makeup artists:  build rapport with these key influencers 

- Create newsworthy story angles and customizing /pitching of stories to different media 

- Compile press clippings and summary of hits 

- Supervise the translation of Benefit catalogue and other materials for local use
Digital and social media 

- Grow our digital reach and coverage 

- Constantly grow Facebook fanpage with the agreed KPI with Brand General Manager 

- Develop strong partnership with Beauty Bloggers/Vloggers to drive conversion to digital growth and sales 

- Explore digital activities with new/potential social medium to explore brand awareness


- Tertiary qualifications, preferably business or marketing related 

- Over 5 years Marketing & Product Management experience in consumer goods 

- Experience with department stores will be highly regarded. 

- A pro-active hands-on disposition with the ability to handle multi-tasks  

- Strong attention to details 

- Strong numerical and PC skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 

- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills 

- Creative 

- Graphic design skill will be valued, using design programs such as Photoshop/ InDesign 

- Organize with good time management skill 

- Loves to laugh and have fun
