Marketing & Communication Coordinator - Middle East


The Marketing & Communication Coordinator will play a vital role in the coordination and implementation of Marketing, Events, PR and Media activations for the Maison in the Middle East. He/she will work very closely with the Marketing and the PR executives to support on planning and operations for all sorts of operational marketing activities, ranging from the organization of events and boutique openings to photo and video shootings.


Main responsibilities:


  • Support the Middle East Marketing and PR team in order to guarantee business growth across retail, wholesale channels
  • Promote an effective implementation of marketing campaigns, growing brand value and image through selection, evaluation and approval of the appropriate media
  • Guarantee a smooth rollout of the marketing plan in the region (media campaigns, events, point of sales animations)
  • Support with budget management to ensure the return of investment for every action and event


Some specific roles:



  • Assist and develop the event concepts with the management teams and an agency when applicable
  • Site inspections/visits of the proposed venues
  • Prepare an event brief, work closely with all departments, develop timeline, deadlines and ensure all parties respect them
  • Supplier management and negotiation
  • Post event follow up
  • Manage budgets for the events, as well as invoicing and follow up on payments



  • Coordinate with international teams on planning and implementation of advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with Headquarters on creative assets development
  • Manage asset adaptations locally
  • Follow up on digital optimization and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Help with monthly internal communication on regional activity



  • Help handle all PR communications for the region
  • Attend local shoots and take care of product consignments
  • Create PR reports and clippings
  • Process invoices and follow up on approvals


Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising or any related marketing field.
A minimum of 2 years of solid work experience in operational marketing, and experience in the jewellery sector is a plus. Strong communication and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Fluent English. Arabic is a plus.
