OBJECTIVE

To attract, retain and develop talents, the International Talent Management and Development team champions all learning, corporate communication, employer branding initiatives as well as internal events.

The Learning & Development Project Manager is responsible for all employee life-cycle learning needs at MAKE UP FOR EVER. To foster a culture of growth she/he constantly partners with HRBPs and business leaders to identify learning needs, design targeted customized learning activities in line with desired business outcome. The role reports to the HRD - International Talent Management & Development.

ASSIGNMENTS

Alongside the Talent team, your core missions will be:

TRANSVERSAL IN-HOUSE PROJECTS

  • Identify learning needs across the organization and support individuals in their development journey and queries
  • Identify potential providers offering either in-house or open-enrollment solutions to cater those needs
  • Interact on a regular basis with HRBPs globally to make sure all learning initiatives are compatible with their stakes and priorities
  • Implement the learning solutions:
  • With the help of your manager design customized blended learning solutions
  • With the help of your manager, negotiate with providers to optimize budgets
  • Autonomously manage internal communication with participants and their managers
  • Autonomously manage all logistics, reservations, catering, equipment, stationary orders etc.
    • Liaise with the Talent Experience Manager to communicate on social media when pertinent
    • Autonomously manage invoicing and administrative follow-up on all trainings
    • Accurately manage budgets
  • Drive change management initiatives (e.g.: Change champions community)
  • Continuously engage with local campuses to identify and tap high-potential talent

GROUP PROJECTS

In line with the Organization Management Review and with the support of your manager:

  • Focus on the development plan of Talents identified in the Group review
  • Make suitable recommendations to the LVMH House programs
    • On a yearly basis, account for training needs across the organization in France and find suitable training solutions
    • Report to staff representatives on a bi-annual basis
    • Manage the relationship with and reporting to governmental institutions
    • Manage apprenticeships and similar specific contracts
      • Autonomously manage invoicing and administrative follow-up with LVMH House
      • Support your manager in conducting career meetings
      • Represent MAKE UP FOR EVER at the learning committeeConstantly monitor and follow up on all reforms and anticipate impact on day-to-day activities, take necessary actions and raise awareness in the organization

FRANCE-SPECIFIC TRAINING PLAN

In line with legal requirements and the French Labor Law:

  • On a yearly basis, account for training needs across the organization in France and find suitable training solutions
  • Report to staff representatives on a bi-annual basis
  • Manage the relationship with and reporting to governmental institutions
  • Manage apprenticeships and similar specific contracts
  • Constantly monitor and follow up on all reforms and anticipate impact on day-to-day activities, take necessary actions and raise awareness in the organization

Profil

Agility, precision and strong interpersonal relations are key success factors to the role

3 years of experience in a learning driven environment

Legal expertise in accordance with the French labor law

Good knowledge of the L&D marketplace

Master's degree in human resources is preferable

High level of proficiency in MS office

Bi-Lingual: French/English

Passion for development - Digital savvy - ease with numbers
