Mission Statement :

 

- To develop and execute local brand strategies and concepts in line with brand strategy and SBM

- To develop and implement plans that ensure the development of the brands in the on and off premise channel

- To support the marketing team in their everyday tasks.

 

Main Responsibilities :

 

Support the Senior Brand Manager on the major brand activations for specified brands.

>  Achieve sales and project contribution on respective brands

>  Build comprehensive budget and brand plans during budgeting periods

>  Develop and execute 360 degree activations according to LBS aligned with brand strategy and SBM

>  Give support in the development, implementation and control of Media- PR, Event and Sales Promotions campaigns, where necessary with selected and approved agencies

>  Take responsibility for brand administrational and operational tasks (Purchase Orders, etc.)

>  Participate in the quest for optimal spend allocation

>  Closely monitor Brand health trackers and Nielsen sell-out data to gain consumer insights

>  Manage and develop POS material for the off- and on-trade taking into account distribution channel specificities, budget and stock implications

>  Develop creative and business efficient marketing concepts in order to increase profitability and sales volume as well as enhancing brand values

>  Strongly enforce the digitalization of brand activities; monitoring, listening and evaluation of the digital buzz on social media platforms


Profil

o Business Graduate level or equivalent

o First experience in marketing/sales in a major Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company, preferably in luxury segment.

o Good knowledge of the Austrian wine & spirits market and of the on-premise channel (commercial skills)

o Project management experience (event organisation)

o Strategic agility

o German and English fluent, (native speaker preferably)
