In a context of relaunching the House of JEAN PATOU, recently acquired by LVMH, the brand is looking for a digital marketing and CRM manager.

As part of the Omnichannel / Marketing department, you will be developing and implementing innovative digital performance driven marketing strategies and programs in order to recruit and engage targeted audience to the brand.

In a context of launching the JEAN PATOU online Platform, your responsibilities and key activities:

>  Lead strategy and execution of SEO, SEM, Paid Social and affiliation channels
>  Develop marketing plans and goals, launching campaigns, and providing timely reporting and insights on campaign performance
>  Create a strategic roadmap to drive online traffic including both new and existing customers through Paid Search, Product Listing Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, Promoted posts and other digital marketing programs such as affiliation
>  Analyze program success and optimize performance
>  Develop a customer relationship strategy
>  Set up an innovative conversation with customers (existing or potential) by using CRM capabilities in a disruptive way, consistent with the brand DNA
>  Build all the weekly emails, sending out tests in a timely manner to gain approval before scheduling to ensure accuracy
>  Engage newly acquired customers through ongoing initiatives to engage and increase their loyalty to the brand
>  Manage and partner with internal teams and 3rd parties
>  Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency to manage end to end campaign execution, ensuring strategies are aligned, assets are created, and deadlines are met
>  Manage external agency on the planning and execution of paid search, SEO, and display campaigns, ensuring programs are optimized and key program metrics such as ROAS, visits, conversion, AOV, etc. are met
>  Manage SEO with external partners and internal teams to provide on-page optimizations
>  Partner with IT team on SEO strategies that require back-end development work



  • 3-5 years of digital marketing for e-commerce
  • An analytical thinker and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising is a plus
  • Knowledge of web tools such as - Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Shopify, Facebook Analytics, Google Merchant Center
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - reporting and presenting to the executive team on a regular cadence
  • Fluent English and French
