Main job objectives

Managing a team of 4 persons, you are responsible for monitoring the organization's operational requirements, researches strategies and technology solutions, and builds the most cost-effective and efficient system to achieve those goals. You implement and maintain an organization's technology infrastructure and ensure that the Business can rely on a central information processing system to support efficient data management and communications.


Reporting directly to our IT Senior Manager, you manage information technology and computer systems, analyze and assess organizations requirements and recommend investments and upgrades to department manager. You are in charge to design, to develop, to implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures and ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. You also act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. Working closely with internal customers you coordinate the maintenance and installation of network infrastructure including firewall, servers, switches and telephony and you take care of the management of helpdesk tickets. In cooperation with Bulgari Headquarter and LVMH Group, you remain informed about new procedures or technologies and implement them locally. In addition, you identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Finally, you manage the IT staff including system administrators and service desk members by training and coaching them, setting up and communicating job expectations. Aiming to enhance our level of service, you define and promote new procedures, policies and standards, to support the delivery of a high standard quality of IT service.


Graduated with an IT diploma, you have at least 5 years of working experience as support IT specialist and a first experience in a managerial role, preferably in an international environment. You have an extensive knowledge on IT technologies and infrastructures. You have also excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. At least, you are fluent in French and in English, and Italian should be a distinct advantage. Committed and open minded, you interact well with people and are dedicated to our internal clients to maintain effective relationships. You can effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty. Respectively, you work in an organized, structure manner, and use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Results oriented, you constantly search to exceed goals successfully. Your excellent negotiation skills allow you to perform in your daily activities. Finally, you are rigorous, proactive and come up with many new and unique ideas. Curious, you are willing to learn.
