Moët Hennessy Belux wishes to integrate a new Trainee in its Sales Off Trade team.

Based in Brussels, under the responsibility of the Sales Director Off Trade, and in close relationship with other departments as Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing

Mission Statement

Support the Sales Director in

  • Managing & coordinating some projects from A to Z
  • Helping on administrative tasks
  • Accompanying in the structuration of the off trade
  • Developing the channel
  •  

The Sales Director will coach the trainee giving him/her the opportunity to discover the sales branch, the mass retail, the key accounting & the customers' collaboration/business review/negotiation

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Tasks & Missions
    • Sending of samples to customers
    • Sending of monthly turnover to customers
    • Preparation of customers' meetings : figures analysis & ppt
    • Writing of customers' meetings call reports
    • Writing of monthly "what's up in mass retail?"
    • Preparation of customers' specific documents (monthly rebates @ Delhaize, HMP, cadenciers @ CRF, intro & promo files ...)
    • Follow-up of Field Sales missions' files (displays' placement, pricing ...)
    • Preparation of price increase letters per customer in collaboration with Finance Team
    • Reconciliation of invoices 2017 vs. contracts per customer in collaboration with Finance Team
    • Identification of each promo invoice 2017 to build up the 4N in collaboration with Finance Team
  • Projects
    • Creation of customer's ID (banners, #stores, list of contacts, TO, weight, WoW in term of plano-promo, listing ...)
    • Creation of a competition chart (in/direct, range, pricing, shelf share, promo, trend, MS, DN ...) in collaboration with Marketing team
    • Creation of a distribution mapping per customer (which products are available where - banner, how much - DN, how - bergerie & facings ...)
    • Analysis of the current situation of our products on e-commerce (click & mortar + specialized web shops) and proposal of a qualitative plan: listing, picture, title & description in collaboration with Marketing Team

Profil

 

  • Education:                  

     Ongoing economic/commercial high school degree

     Basic computer skills (MS Office)

 

  • Languages:

     Fluent in English & French (Dutch is a +)

 

  • Profile:

     Organized, structured way of working, accurate

     No professional experience required
