As more of our clients seek to contact us via phone and online, it is essential that we deliver the same high-quality client experience in these channels as we do in our boutiques. The LVMH Client Service Center is a global center of excellence that is redefining luxury client service. We are seeking individuals to join our team who are passionate about luxury and innovation.

In order to deliver this very high level of Customer Experience, we are now looking to recruit a Project Manager Assistant trainee to work in our Client Shared Center (shared between several Maisons of the LVMH Group).

Under the responsibility of the Key Account Managers, the  Project Manager assistant trainee will:

  • Be a support to collect client feedbacks and Client voice of the 5 Maisons (to be aware of the figures and to pick up inputs by analyzing each business cases and sharing with the client advisors),
  • Be in charge of Maisons & CSC development projects (international development, new channels setup, clienteling campaign, Maisons projects follow-up, etc.),
  • Be a support in the preparation of ad hoc analysis, Steering committees presentations etc.,

 


Profil

You are in Master degree specialized in marketing, you are looking for an internship year-off or end year.

A first experience in marketing services or a in consulting firm would be a plus.

You are fluent in English/French.

Analytical skills, as well as strong sense of initiative

Strong interest for multilingual and multicultural environments

Collaborative mindset and adaptation skills.
