Within the global marketing and communication Dom Perignon team, reporting to the International Influence and Communications Manager, the International Events project manager will help to drive global awareness, generate desirability on the brand.
The role is to develop and implement the brand events:
. A major event in Paris including the preparation with 4 international workshops
. On-going back office on international 6 brand events:
- Product launch event
- Exhibition tour: 3 dates
- End of year offer event
- Trade trip Field of missions: Execute events on time, within budget, that meet at the level of Dom Pérignon excellence.Liaise with markets and partners.Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
- Managing supplier.
- Coordinating logistics.
- Development, production and delivery of projects.
Graduated of a Bac + 4 in marketing and/or communication, you are fluent in french and English (Spanish is a plus).
At least 8/10 years experience in event agency or for a luxury brand event department.
you have an experience in project management, impeccable written and communication skills, attention to detail with perfect formatting and written presentation, experience analysis, pitches, briefs, proposals and reports.
You are deadline-driven and able to multi-task/priorities, you are autonomous to deliver individual tasks whilst maintaining focus on overall objectives.
You are proactive, extremely rigorous, you have an acute creative eye, you are able to represent the brand and the Group in an appropriate way, You will act as an ambassador at events, be able to networked, open minded, you have a sense of responsibility, team spirit, proactive, sensitivity to wine & food, art de recevoir, aesthetic, art & culture.
