As Digital Project Manager, you participate in the digital acceleration of the brand within the Marketing and International Communication department, under the direction of the Consumer Communication Manager.

Your mission is to develop the image as well as the business of Dom Pérignon with its online distributors worldwide. You are also responsible for initiating and developing the brand's e-commerce presence, as well as the development of associated acquisition, conversion and retention levers.


As such, your main missions are:



  • Define Dom Perignon global e-retail strategy and associated action plan and content calendar, in order to develop brand business and brand image throughout our e-retailers ecosystem worldwide.
  • Produce compelling contents to ensure visibility and conversion on site (texts, visuals, videos, education tools, etc.) and off site (Social, search, media)
  • Develop launch kits and guidelines for each pillar of the brand plan, to help key markets leverage central assets and guidelines with e-retail key partners
  • Work closely with our key markets to ensure efficient deployment of the strategy and contents, to identify needs and opportunities, to measure performance through image and business KPIs
  • Routinely check product pages to monitor ratings and reviews, brand equity, brand placements, trade activities etc.





  • Defines and implement the yearly animation plan of the brand website for each local version, ensuring alignment with brand global strategy and local calendars.
  • Manages content creation and adaptation to animate the website throughout the year
  • Manages websites maintenance and compliance with IT and legal requirements
  • Defines SEO and SEA strategy to protect brand image, and boost conversion.
  • Analyses performances and shares reports internally
  • Plans future e-commerce deployment in collaboration with transversal e-commerce teams:
    • Actively participates to the strategy definition: objectives and KPIs, roll-out, online offer
    • Manages the rebuild of the global brand website to enable D2C e-commerce deployment: UX design, UI, workflow, architecture, content, new features.
    • Collaborates closely with markets, IT, group MH and LVMH, and marketing teams to ensure smooth deployment of local e-shops, and engaging product offers



  • Defines Dom Pérignon global E-CRM animation plan
  • Ensures efficient management of consumer data: collection through online touchpoints in compliance with GDPR, qualification and segmentation depending on e-newsletter campaign objectives.
    Provides creative and strategic guidance to help markets deploy local animations plans
  • Analyses performances and shares reports internally



  • 6 years minimum experience in Digital & E-commerce required, in a similar position and environment.


  • knowledge of webmarketing tools: CMS (i.e Drupal), OMS (i.e Hybris), ticketing (i.e Jira), Web Analytics, A/B Testing, Adwords, Facebook ads.


  • passionate about digital, e-business, customer experience and data-driven insights, with a strong analytical ability


  • Fluent in English is required. French is a plus.
