  • Define and drive the International digital strategy
    • Digital tools and platform development
    • Digital Marketing strategy:
      • Responsible for online customer acquisition and retention to deliver continuous optimization and growth
      • Calendar and CRM activities, own the brand message and tone of voice
      • Manage digital performance marketing channels including: Paid Search, Affiliate marketing, Performance display (remarketing, prospecting), Paid social (Facebook, IG, etc.), Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization.
      • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital media agency
      • Create and maintain key performance indicator goals for each digital marketing channel, track results to goal and share results with brand team and senior management.
  • Drive digital calendar and mind-set change across the organization
  • Own and track monthly budgets and invoice remittance related to digital marketing efforts. Optimize and manage to budget and ROI goals for each digital marketing channel.
  • Management and optimization of digital platforms, with a focus on mobile, in house and partner operated websites:
    • Repossi Website:
      • Project lead on the new Repossi website creation
      • Regular content merchandising, keeping the site up to date with the latest and greatest of our brand, and merchandising new product
      • Optimize platform speed and efficiency for the end user
      • Analyze daily web performance through Google Analytics, pick out trends and identify areas for improvement
      • Conduct frequent research and analysis to optimize the customer journey
    • Partners Websites:
      • Lead and manage campaigns to generate sales on partners and pure players platforms
  • Monitor brand e-reputation, track and monitor results.
  • Creation of pages, articles and other digital experiences.
  • Define SEO strategy and write SEO friendly content across all formats and ensure all pages, content and processes meet SEO standards
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends by reading, attending LVMH seminars and conferences / networking.
  • Manage 3rd party partners, vendors and agencies:
    • Liaise with all 3rd parties on day to day execution of all digital marketing programs including budget updates, creative/copy updates, promotional updates, etc.


  • 5/7+ years of experience in digital.
  • Experience in Digital Advertising/Marketing and/or e-Commerce.
  • Experience managing and working with 3rd party digital marketing partners.
  • Strategic knowledge of brand building and identity.
  • Ability to present solid recommendations and take a stance and position on key digital marketing strategies.
  • Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude.
  • Keen eye for details, organization and critical thinking.
  • Strong leadership ability, able to build, motivate and manage teams (direct report & cross-functional teams).
  • Travel required based on needs of the business.
  • Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment - very hands on approach and ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Superior analytical skills.
