Within the global marketing and communication Dom Perignon team, reporting to the International Consumers Communication Manager, the International Communication & Social Project Manager is responsible for :
COMMUNICATION & AMPLIFICATION PLANS
> For each key pillar of the communication plan, identifies audiences and touchpoint, defines and implements a content and amplification strategy to feed, animate and illustrate the brand messages.
> Plans and executes the overall brand narrative across all customer facing channels, especially online touchpoints and social networks.
> Collaborates closely with RP & events, visual Identity, marketing team and key markets, to build strong 360° communication plans.
> Manages the social communication calendar: identifies priorities and key messages, editorial and artistic direction, content orchestration. Manages Dom Pérignon social channels, oversees the paid social strategy and deployment, follows-up publications and moderation in collaboration with the community managers and agencies.
> Act as a social media expert in the team: stays ahead of the social media landscape, explores creative and competitive opportunities, suggests new content, and shares best practices.
> Manages the brand website updates and maintenance, in collaboration with our creative and technical partners.
> Leads the production of visual and editorial content, in collaboration with the brand's creative agency, internal teams, markets, external partners (photographers, artists, etc.)
> Ensures the consistency of the creative execution throughout our communication channels, the high quality of the content produced, and its adherence with the global creative ambition and communication objectives PERFORMANCE MONITORING
> Evaluates the performance of online plans and contents using different data analysis and social listening tools, follows closely the brand's social voice to identifies trends and communication opportunities, and shares performance with internal teams through regular reports
Graduated of a business school or MBA, you are fluent in french and English (Spanish is a plus).
You have at least 5 years online communication experience with a strong social media expertise, a working experience in a digital or communication agency would be a plus.
You are strategic, forward-looking and able to create competitive and innovative strategies and plans.
You have a good understanding of all communication channels beyond digital.
You have an acute creative eye and a strong sensitivity to the luxury universe.
You are passionate about social networks and trends, new advertising formats.
You have an analytical mind and a knowledge of monitoring and analysis tools : Facebook Ads Manager, Social Baker, Radarly, Google analytics.
