The different legal entities covering all P&C activities in the region are distributed in 14 countries (Australia, China,
Hong-Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New-Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand,
and Vietnam).The P&C Asia Internal Audit Manager, is accountable for the development and the consistency of the internal control, internal audit and risk management activities for the whole Asian region:
- Coordinate and animate the network of resources contributing to Internal Control activities and processes, with a priority on countries not covered with a dedicated local Internal control team
- Propose, consolidate, plan, perform, report, follow-up internal audit missions part of the annual P&C Internal Audit Plan
- Make him/herself available for regular meetings with the Brands' Internal Auditors to share and raise any concerns to be discussed
- Report to P&C CFOs Committee on all major topics related to audit assignments, internal control matters, and risk management
- Contribute to various Group and/or P&C division projects/initiatives aiming to reinforce/improve: (1) awareness on compliance and internal control matters; (2) existing IC & IA tools and referential
Profil
Minimum of 6 years of experience as Internal Auditor within international group, ideally with assignments in
Asian countries and/or in a same business sector or at least in a similar one (luxury, selective distribution, retail,
pharmaceutical, etc...)
Academic background: Master Degree or MBA in Finance
Fluent in English and fluent in one of the following languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French) would be a plus
Willing to travel more or less 50%
