As key contact for the entire community involved in the management of high-end watchmaking activities (High-End Watches (HEW) Sales team, Supply Planning team, Marketing, PR and Watch BU Operations), you actively participate in the development and follow-up of the annual collections launch. You identify client's needs and ensure our customers' satisfaction, retailers and stores for direct sales, consignments and events.
Coordinating the High-End watches production with the watch Manufactures, you set and review frequently the priorities versus current watch collections and inform all stakeholders accordingly. You minimize the lead-time by suggesting win-win solutions to fit with the expectations (stock exits, stock rebalancing, rework, internal production, outsourcing...). Proactive, you anticipate any shortage and communicate transparently to the HEW and Planning Sales teams to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction, especially about the allocation decision between the various channels and customers. For all special orders and customization requests, you brief the internal teams (Design, Marketing, Development, Production) to ensure spare parts availability.
Finally, you motivate your team and follow their professional development by ensuring a strong communication, providing a clear vision and supporting changes.
You have a university degree in Engineering or Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the watch industry. Having excellent project management and communication skills, you have very good understanding of complex flows and the ability to structure, simplify and process them. You also have deep understanding of the production environment and related constraints. Fluent in French and English (Italian being a strong asset), you have good command of IT tools.
